Founded in 1968 by Jack Burke, it has been family owned and operated in the Chicagoland area for over 45 years and is now run by Jack’s sons. Mike Burke (president), joined in 1981 and Bill Burke (VP/GM) in 1993. Allstates has shown continual growth, adding employees, and outgrowing 3 different buildings.

Rapid change is a part of modern manufacturing, we have innovated some of our processes by now utilizing a combination of injection and compression molding. We try to fit the process to the project; using compression tools for smaller volume, more simply designed parts. Where complex tooling or high volume comes in, we run these in injection presses. Here at Allstates, the average employee has been with us for 10 plus years. This kind of experience and teamwork translates to smooth, efficient and economical projects time and again.

When you call Allstates, you will always be able to speak directly with someone who can get an answer your question, whether it pertains to questions about design, or something as simple as delivery of an order. We would like to think of us as large enough to help solve your toughest production problems, yet small enough to offer you the personal attention you deserve.

We can extrude shapes such as u-channels, tubing, p-strips, h-strip, and seals in a wide range of materials to fit your application. Our extruders have a maximum size of 3-1/2” to 4“- depending on the shape of the part.

We also can do light fabrication on existing parts to possibly reduce a dimension or open a slit in a part. This can be very economical in saving from having to tool parts where we have something close enough to re-dimension.

We provide quality rubber parts to companies in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. We look forward to helping you.
