At Allstates Rubber & Tool Corporation, we manufacture premium quality custom rubber extrusions to meet a broad spectrum of applications. We draw on our extensive expertise in the areas of tooling design and extrusion technologies to create cross-sections of various geometric complexities. Our innovative ideas, combined with sophisticated equipment resources, enable us to optimize both the efficiency and reliability of the extrusion process. We operate several extrusion lines, including one with advanced microwave curing that allows us to achieve improved processing speeds and curing times. With the exceptional process engineering know-how of our experienced staff, we achieve close tolerance results on profiles measuring as small as 3/64” in width or as large as 3-½” inches.

In addition to manufacturing profiles, including P-strips, S-strips, E-strips and U-channels in straight lengths up to 12”, we have the capacity to cut and splice rings. Our splicing and vulcanizing process chemically bonds two ends of the rubber extrusion together, creating a seal that makes gaskets stronger and impervious to the elements. Extrusions can also be slit, hole punched, or notched as you need. We keep a number of standard cross-sectional profiles in stock, which we cut to your desired length and ship to you same day.

We work with a wide variety of natural and synthetic products, including flame-retardant, food-safe, and high-temperature compounds that meet the needs of military, ASTM, FDA, and commercial specifications. Commonly extruded materials include Neoprene, silicone, nitrile, EDPM, SBR, and more. We keep an inventory of finished goods in stock for customers who require Kanban releases and just-in-time deliveries.
