Allstates Rubber & Tool Corp. was founded in 1968, by Jack Burke, as a distributor of material handling tools & industrial rubber parts. At it's inception, it was a contracted distributor for then industrial rubber giant, Atlantic India Rubber. The company remained relatively small until the early 1980's when they expanded space capacity & inventory, looking to aggressively grow the business.
In 1981 Mike Burke, Jack's son started in the company. We grew from a two man operation into a 3 person office with a fabricating shop in 1985. Bill Burke (current VP/GM) started with the company in 1991.
Allstates passed the 1 million dollar mark in sales in 1995. The company has continued to grow adding employees in both shipping & manufacturing during the 90's. Allstates outgrew 3 different buildings in the decade. In 2000, the company moved to its present Tinley Park, IL address. We provide our services & products to North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
